I only stayed two nights, Sunday Monday, but the two nights were not the best. I arrived late Sunday evening, and was NOT told there was a $14 million renovation being done to the hotel upon check-in. The first morning I went to work so didn't notice the construction noise. The second day I got sick and just needed to rest, but the noise was SO loud, it sounded like someone was jack-hammering ... [more]in my room. I had a migraine and it was the worst noise ever! I called the front desk who advised me everyone was told about construction when making reservation and upon check-in. Well since my resvervation was done online by my travel agent, no notice was given and agent didn't tell me upon check-in. Finally after getting up, packed and dressed it was 11:00a. The mgr moved me to a room on the 14th floor where the noise was minimal and could be tuned out w/ earplugs. I was given a late check-out of 3pm even though I asked for 4p. I feel they could have comped something off the price of the room too.

I also was displeased to know the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel was closed on Sun and Mon.

I found the front-desk clerks not very helpful or nice. Not service I would expect at $199/night per person.

I would never saty there again. There are too many other hotels to have to put up with these people. [less]

The location was right there on the inner harbor, and the rooms were very nice and clean. I didn't like the fact that they didn't offer free internet service, after all, the room was $300 per night.

I stayed here with a company party. I loved the fact that it is right in the middle of downtown, and within walking distance to some major attractions such as the Hard Rock Cafe and ESPN Zone. If you want to go dancing, to the Baltimore Improv, Howl at the Moon, or the Baltimore Aquarium, it's all less than a 5 minute walk away!
