Excellent front desk clerks. They are pros and an asset to the company. The pool area is a bit decieving, I thought it was this huge swimming pool. The room is spacious, and clean. The location of this hotel, threw me for a loop there for a while, it is in the same plaza as a couple restaurants. This is certainly a refreshing stay worthy of going back to. i satyed here for two days and as usual was pleased with sheraton's service. For 79$ - it wasn't a still - but with all the amenities, my boyfriend and I felt like honored guest, with th eexcellent service and VIP treatment that is standard with nice sheratons. This place is not on the harbor's but near the big huge mall, and is about a 5 minute highway and a 15 minute nice rustic driv... [more]e away from the peirs. If a nice spacious and fine hotel with lots of shopping and restaurants, this is it for Annapolis. [less]

I stayed at the Sheraton for business reasons during the legislative session in Annapolis, and for which reason I arrived late and left early. This means I really only saw the inside of the lobby and the guest room. Both were very clean, comfortable and well-maintained. No complaints, other than for the money I was paying I would have preferred a touch of style. One can stay for about the same pri... [more]ce in one of the Historic Inns of Annapolis which are far more interesting. Or the O'Callaghan. These options are also much closer to the State House and the tourist district, whereas the Sheraton is stuck out near the mall. [less]
