The check-in process went smooth and the lobby areas make the hotel look attractive. Our room was on the sixth floor. Upon exiting the elevator I noticed the carpet was dirty and lumpy and stains and tears on the wall. The beds were great, the little TV in the torn up entertainment center was not so great. The charge for a bottle of water in the room already and for internet was it's downfall.... [more] The view was great from the room and would have been better with a clean window. Upon check-out the staff were unresponsive, no good morning, have a nice day. We just left. [less]

This hotel was probably very nice 25 or 30 years ago, but it badly needs some attention. We stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of a road-trip out west and 1 night at the end, staying in 2 different rooms. Neither shower drained so we ended up standing in water up to our ankles each time we showered--YUCK! The rooms themselves aren't terrible, but do need updating (I didn't know p... The location is superb and very close to a major mall.
The service I received was awesome and the dignifying.I was there on two occasion under the guise of friends so o did not really use my credit card
