The hotel is built around an atrium, which guarantees noise at all hours. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep. The management is unfriendly and unhelpful, even when there's a loud, drunken party keeping the whole hotel awake at 2 am. It's a little like trying to sleep in Grand Central Station. I'd try really hard to avoid it.

We have stayed here twice on business. The first time in a room around the center, could here the breakfast dishes banging and then a wedding going on till all hours of the night outside the door, even on the 5th floor. The second time we stayed in a room on the 5th floor facing the front of the hotel, over the driveway. Couldn't open the window and the a/c sounded like an airplane landing. Br... I really thought this was a very nice hotel. Very friendly staff, cookie greeting, clean room, beautiful waterfall inside hotel. Very nice lay-out all around. The only thing that sticks in my mind though when I think of the stay, is the bed that I slept in, in this hotel. The bed squeeked!! Everytime myself or my husband or I moved through-out the night, they bed squeeked really bad. You would thi... [more]nk being such a nice place, well kept and all, that they would not have a bed like that. Needless to say I did not get much sleep. I even left a note in the room, telling them to replace the bed for the next person whom got that room. The other two things that disappointed me is that they did not offer a complimentary breakfast and there was no lounge/bar to go to in the evening. They had closed it down for good. This hotel did not offer much to do in the evening. Overall I would say it is a nice place, they could work on those issues though, especially the "squeeky bed!" [less]
