Overall Rating: 6  Check-In was fast and easy. The room was really nice and cozy. The restaurant had good food and was nice to dine in.
The business center was pathetic. Two computers which you had to pay extra to use. Then, the printers did not work. I called the toll free number which provided no help whatsoever. Our credit card was charged for work we couldn't even print out. The man behind the ... [more]front desk allowed us to use a computer back in the office...which proved to be even more pathetic and useless than the 2 in the computer center.
As a result of the lack of computer technology at the Radisson we ended up performing our business needs at Kinkos. Very frustrating trying to do business at this hotel. Food and lodging was nice though. [less]

Overall Rating: 8  Overall the hotel was very nice. Some of the common areas could use a little maintenance. Other than that, I liked my stay and plan on staying there again in the future if the rates are competative with other hotels in the area.

The Radisson Hotel Annapolis has 219 freshly appointed guestrooms featuring amenities such as complimentary high speed Internet (in all public areas as well, hairdryers, irons with boards and coffeepots with complimentary coffee. Each room has two guest telephones and a dataport. The recently renovated Radisson Hotel Annapolis is also pet friendly.
