Overall Rating: 2  Location [4] • Room [2] • Service [2] • Value [2] I'd love to meet the two people who gave this hotel such a four and five star rating because the hotel I stayed in didn't deserve anything more than a two - and that is being generous.
The bathrooms were not clean. We took cold to luke warm showers. You can't get to the front desk without going outside. Although to be fair, there is a covered walk way. False adverti... [more]sing for a hotel based restaurant. No on sight restaurant is at the Ramada Inn Erie Downtown. Ironically, coupons handed out during check-in stated it was good for one complimentary drink with the purchase of a drink at the Red Tomato Restaurant & Lounge. Once we started to look for the restaurant, the lounge manager and front desk manager both admitted there wasn't a restaurant....kind of strange?
