The location was great for what I had to do. The room was cold, because the heating system for the hotel had been turned off. Had problems with the toilet, hotel responded right away. As far as cleanliness of the room. Bathroom was dirty, room had an odor to it. Bedspread also had an odor to it. The rate was good because I booked it with Hotwire. Parking was excellent. Staff was very friendly.

My fiancee and I went to RI just to get away. I made the mistake of picking out the hotel that had a pool and a hot tub. I requested a king size bed, that we didn't get. Good thing too, the room was rediculously small, especially for $150. After we left the room, we went to see the pool. It was closed along with the hot tub, due to construction. Info that was never mentioned on the web site. A... [more]dd the $12 you need to pay for parking and that's one expensive night. We regret even going to Providence because of our stay at the Holiday Inn.
