I took my family to Niagara Falls to see where I grew up and I would walk by this hotel when i was a teen and thought how awesome it would be to stay there well let me tell you! I arrived to a dirty room and they changed the room for me then I got bitten by a spider in the room while sleeping and was told they have no spiders in their hotel when I called and asked for help with the HUGE spider in ... [more]the room they sent someone up with a can of raid.they did nothing to help me with my spider bite. the room was cleaned 1 time in 10 days and believe me I complained they sent me a discount coupon and said oh so sorry.. NEVER AGAIN. good luck if you stay there bring a first aid bag [less]

First off, when we arrived at 10pm we were told we couldn't get a king size bed for the price we were quoted, paid for and got a confirmation notice on. Told this was price of two doubles. We ended up paying $40 more for the two nights. The room was very nice and clean but they let pets stay and we were awaken early in the morning by a dog barking. Close to falls but not that close to casino- 5 blocks. Drive to casino especially at night! [less]
