The room was clean and spacious enough, but nothing special about it.
Location was so-so. There was no continental breakfast. Pool was clean but small. People at hotel were nice and friendly.
It was an OK hotel. Felt too expensive for this level.

The Location was great- Few miles from the Falls. Plenty of places nearby to eat. The room was decent and clean. You can't beat the price. The only problem we had--at the time some of the outside doors would not open with the key, just an inconvenience of walking around building.

I cannot say that the hotel as great as comments are. Customer service was really poor. I could stand at a counter for sometime and nobody would acknowledge me even though there was a person right next to me. While I was being serviced phone calls were taken in the middle of the conversation. On the second day of staying one gentleman opened our door with a key given him for the same room as ours. Our room was old. Doors, facial tissue holders were rusty. Floor isn’t vacuumed. Room was damp, so it was hard to sleep.

For this to be a H Johnson this was really a joke cable didnt work lost power twice ice machine did'nt work the sports bar was full of kids (little kids) the outside door key did'nt and they give wet us towels for our room the manager would'nt even think of giving a break on the room price for us to go get our own ice and everything else so i said i'll never stay here agin
