	lack of hot water, noisy, so-so continental breakfast

Even after being informed about the lack of hot water the day before, the front desk did nothing about it. When asked by multiple guests for a discount, the reply was "we're not authorized". When asked for management, the response was "we're management". Now if management can't authorize a discount, who can?

Leisure and business travelers visiting the capital city of Illinois will find the Ramada Limited Springfield South just off Interstate 55 close to numerous local attractions.
