We loved the price! The hotel has a really nice indoor pool and a continental breakfast that was great! The only problem we saw was that the fire exits and stairways werent marked well enough. The rooms were nice and clean. We feel that this is a bargain for a nice hotel with an indoor pool and a continental breakfast like that. We will definately stay here again.

I chose Best Western for their high speed internet connection. I was having trouble getting connected with my laptop, and the staff was extremely helpful. They let me try a few different rooms until I found a room where the signal strength was good enough to sustain a good connection. They even offered to let me sign out a loaner wireless card for my laptop.

Very pleased with the service.

The lobby is nice with a pool, hot tub, pool table, and large seating area with balcony views from a 2nd level platform with couches.

The lobby smelled like chlorine, the workout equipment was falling apart, wasn't the cleaniest.

We've stayed in the Executive Plaza on a number of occasions since our daughter goes to the University of Michigan. This time, however, when we left, I forgot my dress pants in the closet. I called them, and they had found them and were sending them to me. Unfortunately, this story does not yet have a happy ending since that was June 6th and I still have not received the pants (it's now June 19th). The mails must be slow between Michigan and Ohio.
