I had a very good experience at this hotel. It was the best out of the 4 hotels I stayed at during my trip from NY to CA. The staff was friendly, the room was very nice and better than I thought (for that price). I didn't know there was a pool, because I arrived around mid-night and was on the road again by 10AM. Leisure and business travelers coming through this part of Nebraska and staying at the Ramada Limited South are close to the University of Nebraska and the Lied Center for Performing Arts, a top venue for world class symphonies, Broadway shows, opera and popular music. Parents and kids are close to the Lincoln Children's Museum and the Folsom Children's Zoo and Botanical Gardens, the latter with 300 exotic animals from six countries. Guests can enjoy top flight restaurants, shops and nightspots in the Historic Haymarket District not far from the Ramada.

Before stepping out the door every morning, guests can dive into the Ramada's complimentary continental breakfasts and then rely on the courtesy van to get them to Lincoln Municipal Airport eight miles away. The van also makes runs to area hospitals. At the two story, 80 room hotel, guests can enjoy a fitness room, outdoor heated pool, café and lounge, in room data ports, and 1,800 square feet of meeting space for family get togethers, business confabs and other gatherings with up to 200 people. The parking lot accommodates family recreational vehicles and group buses.
