Overall Rating: 10  Location [10] • Room [10] • Service [10] • Value [10] not only were we greeted by chocolate cookies upon our arrival but the service was excellent and they had the most amazing beds...I haven't slept that well in quite a long time! I would reccomend this to anyone traveling to boston. I had an all-around wonderful time. Also...check out the fabulous restaurant located within the hotel...restaurant Clio.

View All User Reviews for THE ELIOT HOTEL [6] The Eliot Suite Hotel Boston is a brownstone mansion (hotel located in the esteemed Back Bay area of Boston in a park like setting on Commonwealth Avenue, or "Comm. Ave," if you wish to be understood by the locals. The hotel is minutes from Newbury Street and Copley Place shopping and only 7 miles from Logan International Airport. The Eliot Hotel is minutes from the best Boston has to offer or the worst, depending upon your particular tastes. Either way, it's close. At the Eliot Suite Hotel, guests are welcomed by a doorman, assisted with luggage, valet parking and taxis, and receive a plate of sweets in their rooms. For the service to be any more thorough, they'd have to tuck guests in and read them bedtime stories. The lobby features highly polished brass banisters, antique furniture, mirrors and a beautiful glass chandelier, all leading to a pair of brass elevators carries guests to their quarters. The hotel also has a popular private dining room which can comfortably seat 70 people for sit down dinners, or even more if cocktails circulate and guests mingle a bit. Clio, the hotel's award winning Parisian style restaurant offers entrées such as crispy braised organic chicken and desserts like Tahitian vanilla bean crème brûlée, chilled red currant mousse, and caramelized croissant bread pudding. A special chef's tasting menu is available nightly. The Eliot's Sashimi Bar, serving Sake by the pitcher and sea urchin with quail egg, brings in yet another element, making the hotel more than the sum of its parts and more an experience than a hotel.
