Overall Rating: 2  Location [4] • Room [6] • Service [2] • Value [2] We arrived at the Tulsa Airport late at night and were left standing on the curb with no ride to our planned stay at this hotel. This was a horrible experience since we had called when we arrived. More shuttles are needed by this hotel and less reliance on a taxi that never showed up even though it was advertised that service was provided from the airport to the hotel

Overall Rating: 8  Location [8] • Room [8] • Service [8] • Value [6] We had to fly in due to a family death. The hotel provided airport shuttle that was decent. The room stayed in was clean. The area around the hotel could use some TLC but the hotel was clean. They did provide a breakfast which was helpful. The staff did a good job of helping my wife and I with directions to numerous places in Tulsa.
