Lots of nice things about this hotel. However, every room adjoins and is loud. Dirty carpets in the two rooms I have stayed in.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was always courteous, efficient, and PROMPT! Room service was on time, every time; housekeeping was time-efficient; and the concierge was very informed & helpful.
My room was clean and airy with lots of light. The restaurant menu was varied and the meals were always fresh & delicious - as were the desserts!

I had not been to Phoenix in 11 years and it was nice to see all the changes. The Wyndham Phoenix hotel was great. The staff was polite and very helpful and informative. The room I stayed in was very clean and the amenities were just as described in the information section of the website. The downtown location was perfect for my needs and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I wo... [more]uld definitely return and would recommend this hotel to anyone. [less]
