Upon Arrival room book was not room provided. We were downgraded and no adjustment made. The bath/shower was just gross/mold broken shower head. When I requested either a room change or housekeeping correct issue, we were treated rudely and told "This isn't a 4 star hotel" No kidding!!!!! With all the hotels in Chicago, there is no reason to stay at the Seneca! Was this review helpful to you? → YES / NO | | By Trip Tutorial User from Grand Rapids, MI • Beyond our expectations

The Valets, and Front Desk Attendants were very friendly and helpful, the room was large, luxurious and incredibly clean, the location is perfect for shopping Michigan Avenue with everything in walking distance, even the beach on Lake Michigan is just a few blocks down.
