This is an awful, disgusting, TERRIBLE hotel. If you'd like to see dead roaches being eaten by ants in the halls... or a blood stain on your bedsheet, this hotel is for you. I "stayed" in this dump last week for 1.25 hours - most of that time being spent on the phone with the manager and with the corporate headquarters. [more]he fact that I'd been in the hotel only a few minutes before stating that I wanted out, and the corporate headquarters did nothing but give lame excuses: "Sir, your hotel is franchised. I'm afraid we have no authority to tell them to give you your money back." (This is B.S., of course. The corporate headquarters of a large franchise can exert all kinds of pressure on its franchisees.)

Bedsheets and pillow cases appeared to have not been changed. Ten foot smears streaked the tile in the upper lobby. Garbage was dumped all over the pavement ten feet from the side entrance. The place was GROSS.

Am I afraid of being sued (as the manager alluded... stating I could take it up with the owner's lawyers if I posted my many photos on the web)? Not really. Pictures speak a thousand words, and I took a whole bunch of really disgusting ones that I'll be posting to the web in short order.

STAY AT QUALITY INN (especially this Niagara Blvd. one) AT YOUR OWN PERIL. IT SUCKS AND YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. "Quality" Inn? What a joke.

BTW... I spent the night sleeping in my truck at a rest stop. Even if my credit card company fails to support my dispute of this bill (though I doubt that will happen,) I was much better off abandoning the hotel and sleeping on the road. At least I didn't feel dirty. [less]

I should have read the reviews prior to making our reservations, that is the last time I make that mistake. This hotel is disgusting. When we checked in, our room smelled like mildew and there was mold on the walls, we had to change rooms. The next room smelled just as bad, but there was no mold. There were ants all through the rooms. It really was disgusting. The owner was of no help, his theory was to "deal with it or check out". Great help when there were no vacancys anywhere, we were traveling with 2 kids, and only on a 4 day getaway. Like I want to spend my time trying to find more rooms and moving instead of enjoying my vacation. Don't stay here. It is horrible. Since we were there last week, I have contacted the Choice Hotels International Inc. and the NY Board of Health Niagara Falls. Hopefully this will resolve the matter so that no one else will have to go throught this. [less]

I wish I had read the reviews before staying at this hotel. The shower, toilet, walls--even the telephone were nasty & scummy. There was hair on the mattress pad (I took off their sheets and bought some after noticing yellow spots all over them). There was even hair on the telephone along with some green gunk.
