this is a good place to stay if you're in jeff city b/c they have a movie theatre next door where you can go in for free for unlimited movies. also, there is a piano bar inside the hotel that has some hotties from town coming in. can't really beat this place, at least in this town.

Our party stood at the front desk for several minutes along with others to be checked in. Never once was our extended wait ever acknowledged or apologized for. In addition, the rooms had NO WAY to control the heat / cooling -- this is one of those places that turns to "heat" in October, ready or not, and to "cool" in May, ready or not. Our room felt like it was 100degrees -- th... [more]e only way even to "move" the air was to turn the heat on even more!! Outrageous. Slamming doors were noisy, and the room, while having been "cleaned", would never've passed my mother's test. I won't be back. We attempted to contact the manager, but only got shuttled off to voice mail. [less]
