Overall Rating: 4 Location [8] • Room [2] • Service [4] • Value [4] My husband and I just came back from Niagara Falls. The falls itself was absolutely wonderful but the Ramda Inn of Fourth Street was an awlful experience. The overall smell of the place was disgusting. The restaurant workers looked sloppy, dirty and were very lazy about waiting on their customers. The food in the Atrium Restaurant was nasty. The carpeting in the place looked as though it hasn... [more]'t been shampooed in years. The people at the Ramada were basically LAZY!!! The room itself was dark, the bedding was not clean and the jacuzzi tub only worked the first night. The bathroom was so small you could barely move in it and the sink wasn't big enough to put your toothbrush on. The one gentlemen behind the service desk was arrogant and just didn't care about anyone but himself. Also I feel it was very improper to watch the young gentlemen in the early evening go outside the Inn by the fence and play up and makeout with his girlfriend or whomever she was. We are usually very easy going people and easily satified but this establishment is way overcharging and the place is only worth about $29.95 a night if that. I wouldn't even consider boarding my dog there. This place needs to totally renovated and charging accordinly. Niagara Falls was beautiful but this place was DUMP!!! [less]

Overall Rating: 4 The hotel overall is in need of repair, refurbishment and updating. The rooms were decent in size but quite run down. For a price of over $100 per night you would expect much more. It compares more to a Motel 6 or a Red Roof Inn and should be priced closer to $49 per night. The front desk was mediocre at desk. Poorly trained staff seemed confused. Make this one of your last choices. Unfortunately,... [more] not too many other options that are much better. Niagara Falls is beautiful, the local business and government for years hasn't exploited this wonder of the world. It's a wonder why they haven't....oops it's in NYS that's why. [less]

Overall Rating: 2 Location [4] • Room [2] • Service [2] • Value [2] The saying "you get what you pay for " doesn't even apply here .Although we paid only an average of $44.00 U.S. per night the room was not worth that. The Room was large enough but the whole place had a terrible odour. The bed was uncomfortable and the bedding that was on our king sized bed was intended for a double bed. As a result we spent the entire stay fighting over the covers. T... [more]he pool looked as though it had not been cleaned for a very long time.I certainly could not imagine swimming in it.The carpets were dirty and the house cleaner repeatedly left our door unlatched after servicing our room. My advice, chose another hotel if you can. [less]
