Great hotel in a great location! The room was very clean and comfortable; the staff was wonderful. The pancake house across the street has great breakfast, but expect to wait in a line for a table. I would highly recommend this hotel.

What I loved about this place is that even though it is upscale and very sleek, the people are very warm and friendly. It's right in the middle of everything downtown. Take a left or right and find neat shops and resturants. When you return, the guys greet you by name (how they remember, I don't know!) and ask how your time was! This hotel is the perfect location for nightlife right in the middle of State Street/Rush Street/Divsion Street clubs, daytime sightseeing and shopping three blocks from Water Tower Place, one block from Oak Street, under two blocks to Michigan Avenue and three blocks from Oak Street Beach and the Lakefront.
