Our room was nice. But when we checked out, my aunt accidentally left one of her bags. She called them up and told them our room number and the name it was reserved under. But they said they couldn't find that name and my aunt's bag.

clean room; nice indoor pool, but jacuzzi was out of order; good front desk service; convenient drive to Metro train to DC;
quiet location on weekends since business parks are empty; good restaurant choices within 10 minute drive to Gaithersburg

This is the worst hotel I've been to. I was charged twice for my room. I made the reservation using credit card but paid them cash upon check-out. They charged my credit card anyway.
