The room was nice, on the small side, but very clean. There didn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the location of smoking and non-smoking rooms - our non-smoking room was in between two smoking rooms and across the hall from another, and we certainly could tell.

The gym was a joke. There was a treadmill that was out of order, a stair climber, and another multi-use weight mach... [more]ine crammed into a passway between the pool and the hallway.

The staff was very friendly, we didn't have occassion to speak to anyone other than to check in and check out. We didn't try the restaurant, and we were disappointed that room service was for dinner only.

The location was great, right off the highway, but very quiet and in a clean and safe neighborhood. All things considered, we'll try someplace else next time. [less]

The room had never been vacuumed, it had had a large black dog in there before us. That had left dog hair every where, on the coffeepot, on your shoes and clothes when you walked around the room. Also on a uniform that was need for a competition event that needed to attend.
The bathroom had a very slow drain, dirty tub some mold on the shower walls, the bottom of the tub needed to be scrub... [more]bed with comet very badly. The towels were so rough it felt like you was using sandpaper. Very hard water never felt clean after your shower.
The pool had not been cleaned in a long while. It had some hair floating in the pool along with other stuff, the sides had a brown film on the walls of the pool and bottom had some black stuff. Not much of a Gym Room to speak of.
We asked for some more towels never got them, We also asked for some extra pillows because the ones we had was so flat with nothing to them. Cleaning staff did not speak English.
I will not go back and will also tell others not to also.
Pets are allowed but they charge you extra per night,Be carefull they make up stories about the pet also. [less]
