This hotel was great for hosting my yearly conference for my staff and our guests. They accomadated to our every need and helped out with the special details.

The hotel is a landark and the building is old- but the upkeep is exceptional and the decor is beautiful.

Came down for a youth baseball tournament during world series weekend. Jacked up prices to 135/nite! Got robbed for the price. Dirty, desk manager hateful and would not work with us at all, no staff (if needed anything you had to come down to the desk and pick it up yourself!) For sure did not get 135.00 service. They did us a favor by letting us stay there!!! When we arrived told us our res... [more]ervation required 3 nights minimum. Nothing available in the city so we were stuck! Tried to check out after 2nd day but denied and said would be billed for 3 nights. BEWARE... it is a 59.00/night hotel at best. Go to low rate chain hotel you'll get better service. We will never stay in a B/W again and for sure not this one!!!! [less]

We got there at three in the morning and it is freezing out. We check in and go to our room. First of all, it is as cold in there as outside. Then we see the bed is not made and there is a hole in the bathroom floor.There is not a remote or coffe pot. We go down to the front dest and ask to move rooms but they wont let us. So it is three in the morning so we cant go to another hotel so we ask for ... [more]sheets. He dosnt even check and he says they dont have any.The next morning we go down to complane because the heat would not turn on and the place was filthy.We say we are going to go to a diferent hotel if they dont do anything.
