When we arrived I noticed the fire alarm was in trouble and when I ask I was told they did not know about it and would have it checked later by someone. The next day no one had even looked at it yet.

I also ask about wireless internet before arriving and was assured it was working. Well it was not! The front desk was no help and the manager said it was working on his computer so it ... [more]must be me. I had stayed at five other hotels on this trip and this was the first problem.

The air conditioning in the room ran all evening and finally by the next morning the room was just starting to cool off. The hair dryer did not work and when the room was cleaned the day before no extra toilet tissue or kleenex was left in the room.

When they say the breakfast bar is open til 9am, don't believe it they start clearing it at 8:45am. [less]
