this hotel doesn`t come close to a four star hotel in my book way over priced, rooms were dirty wallpaper was coming down in bathroom, carpets needed to be clean, sink was cracked, bathrooms vent rusty and dirt hang from it and for a guest to have to pay $6.00 a day to park at those room rates was total out of this world should be free the only good thing to say was staff was helpful and friendly but still not worth the money very disapointing.

We stayed New Year's Eve and had a great time! We walked to 4th St. Live! It was only four blocks away. We ate dinner at The Old Spagetti Factory which was only a couple of blocks away. There are tons of other places downtown and we were in walking distance to a variety of places. The service was the best ever! We have stayed at various places across the states and other countries and this was the best service we have had ever! All of the staff was friendly and went out of their way to please. More towels? No Problem! We were concerned about a light fixture hanging out of our ceiling. We called the front desk and literally two minutes later a maintenace man came and fixed it...it just had to be twisted back into place. We ate breakfast at the buffet and the service was excellent! No empty glasses while you eat, the waitress always topped off your drink, and you can get your eggs cooked to order! Everything was clean! Our room looked brand new! The cleanest place we have stayed at! The value was reasonable as well. We paid a rate of $159 for a King Suite and it was worth it! We really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was very clean and nice. I felt really safe at this hotel and I looked forward to returning their in the evening. The staff is super friendly and very helpful with telling us everything we wanted to know about dining out, attractions, etc. We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Louisville.

	Poor service, extremely small rooms, lack of professionalism

The ammenities of the hotel were quite nice. It was clean and well kept. However, I was NOT AT ALL impressed with the lack of professionalism of the staff both at the front desk and other service areas.
