Overall Rating: 10  Location [10] • Room [10] • Service [10] • Value [10] This hotel was beautiful, and very handy--it holds an entrance into the Grand Avenue Mall, which has an extensive food court. Hotel also has a nice pool/hot tub, and a large lobby, great for relaxing and watching TV.

Overall Rating: 10 Our group loved the Courtyard Milwaukee Downtown. The rooms are very comfortable, the service is great, and all of our requests were honored. Our group consists of many who are handicapped and each person was taken very good care of. We also loved the location, we had access to shopping, eating, and it was very easy to go back and forth to the Indian Summer Festival.

Overall Rating: 8  The service was great. The room was basic but clean. The location is great. Don't bother to bring your swimsuit for the pool, as it's more like a bathtub.
