Watch out for pricing at this hotel. At managers whim of the day. Reserved a family deluxe suite - room not available when we checked in. Gave us 2 rooms instead. They were to move us to the suite next day, they did not, we had to move our own stuff. No hot water - apparently a pipe broke. Sofa sleeper falling apart. We wanted to stay from Tue-Fri but was told no rooms available on Friday. A... [more] walk-in gets a room on Friday for a cheaper price! Overheard this when checking out. Called manager when got home - I wanted a refund - but basically I was told too bad.
Will never stay here again. suggest you find a better hotel with better service. [less]

The Best Western Raffles Inn in Anaheim would be best described as a good getaway on a budget. The hotel, in and of itself, isn't the most luxurious, but the rooms are nice and clean. The only downfall in the room was that the light switch to the bathroom was outside the bathroom door, and my friend quite frequently let me take my showers in the dark.
All laughs aside though, we highl... [more]y enjoyed our experience. The continental breakfast was excellent every morning, and commute to the Disney Parks was only a short wait for a shuttle or a short walk. I would stay there again if crunched for money...but would rather prefer a much more upscale hotel. [less]

I booked and paid for my trip 5 weeks ahead of time and when I arrived I was told that my room was given away. After standing for about an hour they finally had a room for me.
I had several large suitcases and a backpack
and was tired from the flight and being airsick and I thought what a way to start my
trip I only had 2 days in Anaheim to go to
Disneyland. My room w... [more]as on the third floor and no help but finally a nice maintiance man helped me.

I let my travel agent know what happened. If you book a trip to this hotel check your reservations before arrival time
