Overall Rating: 2  Location [6] • Room [4] • Service [2] • Value [2] Reservered a first floor room got a third floor. Could hear the phone at the front desk ringing all night. They say online that they have a gym, but was told it was converted to a room. Made me change rooms mid stay. The spa was luke warm. This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. I won't be back!
