Check in was a nightmare...put us in the wrong room, called the front desk and they said they would get right back to me..2hrs later I went back down to the front desk where I waited 30 min. to get help. Walked kids to the pool,which is much smaller and cloudy water than picture on net, where they picked up double edged razor blades left in the middle of the hallway by the maintance crew replacin... [more]g a carpet in a room, but had since left. Then to add insult to injury, the maid came to our room a little before 8am and began to knock on the door to clean the rooms..even though we had the privacy lock and do not disturb sign out... Has to be one of the worse motel/hotels I have ever stayed at...small rooms, tiny bathrooms, no service...stay away dont waste your well earned vacation or money here.... [less]

The hotel room was nice but the inside of the public hotel areas needed a bit more cleaning and upkeep. The front desk staff was helpful but could have been a bit more professional. The gym area needed more attention such as making sure towels and water were available to guests using the facility.

I had the worst stay of my life here.

If you do stay on a weekend, and you plan to be able to sleep, be sure to request a room far from the hotel's nightclub. In fact, don't allow them to assign you a room in the tower at all. The rooms are old and small and the bathrooms are dirty. Request a room by the pool. Oh, and be wary of their stained ironing boards too!
