it was very clean and the personal were very helpful. the location was wonderful. we had a room overlooking the bay with a balcony and you could see otters playing in the bay just about anytime you looked. we injoyed it so much that this summer when we return to Alaska we will stay here.The only negative in regards to the location, - it was on the other side of town opposite the marina. but we di... [more]d have a rental car, so this did not have any affect on us. [less]

The hotel is right across the street from The Alaska Sea Life Center and the ocean! You can walk right over to them.

The hotel's front room is pretty, with a fireplace and hot chocolate/coffee area.

Very large "Breakfast Room", with many options. Very clean rooms. Plus there's a large gift shop right in the hotel for souvineers.

What a wonderful place to come and relax. Great value,location,very nice and comfortable rooms. Really enjoyed the view of the bay. It is right on the walking trail to the harbor. This is our 3rd time staying at the Edgewater. A Alaskan from Anchoraqe
