Looks lovely but when you get into the room, the noise from the ducts and vents is ridiculous. When we enquired about the noise...(couldn't sleep for 2 nights) we were informed that the hotel was in a litigation battle with the people who installed the ducts but they would give us 20% off. After further investigation we discovered this had been going on for 18 months and that other people we k... [more]new had experienced the same thing a year ago.
When I asked at the front desk why don't they warn people about the noise I was told that the noise 'moves' around and they can never be sure which room it will affect.!!
I think the management needs to get its act together on this one. [less]

We attended the Murder Mystery Dinner on Valentines day. The hotel room was small and very plain. The dinner portions were so small that after the show we went out to dinner. The murder mystery was enjoyable but overall the amount we were charged for the package was not worth what we recieved.

Children were running "wild" in the hallways, the crew handling the breakfast was late in setting up so we had to leave without breakfast.
Lots of room for improvement.
