BEST VALUE INN MT ROYAL

This is the WORST place I've ever stayed at! We found a dirty sock under one of the beds and wrappers under the furniture. The bottom 6 inches of the shower curtain were covered in mold and the smoke detector was covered with rust!

The "Best Value" Inn (whoever came up with that name has a very peculiar sense of humor) is located across the street from the rides, which must h... [more]ave been built over 30 years ago: it was so loud we couldnt leave the window open. To add to the noise, the railroad runs 20 feet behind the hotel, so whenever a train came by, the hole room was shaking.

So, if you're looking for a place that is filthy disgusting, you just found it. [less]

	Location, friendly staff, clean
	An older motel, downtown gets noisy a bit sometimes

Best Value Inn Mt. Royal is an older hotel located right in the very center of Old Orchard Beach, across the amusements and about 2 min walk to the square, 50 yards to the ocean.It's certainly not a five star establishment, but its staff is friendly and helpful and keep the place clean.
