I have been to a lot of hotels and I was pleasantly surprised and relieved to find such a great hotel. Classy but not over priced, tasteful decor and lighting, staff was friendly and very responsive. Beds are very comfortable with feather pillows/comforter. All the anemities of an expensive hotel but a reasonable rate. It was renovated 3 years ago and don't think they have marketed it very well so I am writing this review to tell you to stay at this great hotel, you will not be disappointed! How can you go wrong with a Spa, wine cellar with live jazz, casino, pool on the 4th floor, excellent exercise room, casual and fine dining - the food is good too. I ran into 2 people who stayed at a horrible place and paid more than I did, or course I ranted about this place and hope other people don't fall victim when they are not familiar with the area/hotels. Anyway, it isn't often you find a good deal and wanted let people know about it.

Stayed here for a business trip when it was fairly newly opened. They were still working out kinks with it being fairly new. My room was very nice and the staff was accomodating. I did some onsite training and the conference rooms were well setup and staff made sure everything was adequate. The restaraunt that overlooks the water was very good, great food, excellent service and nice choices of wine. I discovered after checking out I left a couple of things in the room, the staff was unable to find them, so I never received them back, that would be the only complaint I had. It is located a little bit off the main strip of other hotels and the casino within the hotel is a bit small, but overall for the price the accomodations and the service, its worth the stay.

	Location to the office I frequent.
	On non-smoking floors you still smell smoke.

Due to the fact that all of the normal rooms were booked, I opted for a "mini-suite". The carpet was stained. Seems between carpet sections were tattered. I left trash on the desk in the morning. I got back in the evening, still there.

No value during this stay. Very poor.

The most cofortable bed I have ever slept on. Room was a corner room and rather small but all in all I will be back.

Hi we just held a small conference for 30 people at the Siena hotel in Reno. The staff was very responsive to all our requests. The rooms and especially the beds were great. The site is right on the Truckee River walk so it was very nice for the free time between seminars. The food is good. I recommend the Siena for small conferences. Louis Basque restaurant is just a few blocks away so we had one lunch there. The Hilton Bowling Center is a straight shot down Mill Street and we had fun bowling as a group on Sat night. We drove 1 hour and fifteen minutes to curise lake tahoe on the MS dixie, $29 per person truly spectacular, the boat has two bars on board too.

I give the Siena.

I've stayed in various hotels in Reno and the Siena was by far the best yet. The bed was fabulous, the room very nice and clean, hotel personnel was very friendly. The casino was a little small and smokey, but I didn't spend a lot of time there. Thank you Siena. I would go back.

We stayed at this place for our anniversary and were treated like garbage. Our room was changed 3 times and the food in the restaurants was horrible. When we spoke to the food and beverage manager, Mr. Carr,he told us we could find another hotel if we were unhappy! This is hospitality?

This was a spur of the moment blind choice that we picked up moments before heading up to Reno. We weren't expecting much but once we saw the hotel, we fell in love. The atmosphere, service and experience was terrific. The location is just perfect, walking distance to everything. We wouldn't have wanted to spend the night anywhere else.
