	close to town, on the local free shuttle route
	poor/lazy customer service, few amenities

Check-in time was quoted to be 3pm, we arrived at 4pm and was told our room wasn't ready. Clerk made no effort to apologize or expedite the process. She said we could wait in the lobby until 5 pm before we could go to our room. When asked if they could clean our room next the clerk said "they had a schedule" that could not be modified. I wasn't about to wait an hour in the lo... [more]bby so I asked her to check anyways and low-and-behold our room was ready after all! When we asked that same clerk to check on a AAA discount we were told the rate already had it calculated in. When I confirmed at checkout, the AAA rate was NOT in effect after all. HBO is advertised as available in the room but there is no HBO. The walls are paper thin; my fiancee and I could hear the person in the next room quite clearly having a conversation with someone, so watch what you say! I hope, for this Super 8's sake, that the poor customer service is limited to the one bad clerk. Regardle [less]
