we liked this hotel. we went to hot springs on a little get away and enjoyed this hotel very much. we got lost on our way there and called the hotel and they were very nice and helpful in giving us directions. it is right next door to the water park and golf course. we also saved about $20 by buying our park passes from the hotel instead of the water park itself. i really like the fact that they allow pets, but there is very little grass area to walk your animal. the pool is very small but clean. over all we had a great experience and would stay here again!

I RENTED THIS ROOM LAST YEAR OVER THE INTERNET BECAUSE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A RESTAURANT ON SITE. THE RESTAURANT HAD CLOSED DOWN AND APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN RUN DOWN FOR A VERY LONG TIME. THE ROOMS IN THE HOTEL ALSO APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN RUN DOWN FOR A VERY LONG TIME. THE ROOM I STAYED IN HAD STAINES, MILDEW, BROKEN FICTURES, ECT. THIS MOTEL IS ALSO WAY OUT IN THE MIDDEL OF NO WHERE. ON TOP OF ALL THAT, THE PRICE HERE WAS ACTUALLY HIGHER THAN THE MOTEL THAT I SWITCHED TO THE NEXT MORNING. THE ONLY REASON I CAN THINK OF FOR ANYONE TO STAY HERE IS IF THEY ARE REALLY IN TO STRIP BARS THERE IS ONE RIGHT ACROST THE STREET FROM THIS MOTEL (THIS IS THE ONLY THING NEAR THIS MOTEL).

I have stayed here sveral times before and enjoyedit every time!, Until NOW!! The room was dingy/dirty, the in room hot tub was worn out, and the service was RUDE and un helpful, airconditioner didnt work properly, for $100 a night, I could have done alot better else where! The only thing still going for this place is the location..

It was nice and tranquil. The service was great. The rooms[suites] were beautiful. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and we will visit again very soon!

	Dirty bathrooms

The room was great but the bathroom was terrible, dirty. The location is right next to a golf course and the theme park so location is great it just needs a little help.
