Great service - they even offered to drive us to our dinner destination because it was cold outside.

The room was very nice with a big comfortable bed. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This is our 2nd time staying at a red Lion. Both times have been pleasant.
Regarding the downtown location, I do have a few comments to add.
Although they were in the middle of a major remodeling I feel they did a very good job of keeping any inconveniences to a minimal.
The maid service could have been alittle better, they didn't do a very good job on picking up the trash... [more].
One other thing, please provide a tv channel directory. [less]

The hotel was just average, nothing to write home about. However, the hotel staff were generally nice and friendly. What I most disliked was their policy allowing pets. A dog in the room next door barked for several hours one evening and no one from the hotel bothered to apologize for the disturbance. There were other hotels in better locations that I would choose next time.
