Booked a room through america west, stated non-smoking. Arrived hotel with FOUR children and after waiting for desk clerk to finish her phone call was told I had booked a SMOKING room...(uh, no, unlikely from a pediatric nurse with kids with ALLERGIES!!!). Offered a "smoking optional" room...uh, no...very smelly! Emailed manager, no response. Emailed the booking company...sorry, no he... [more]lp...you should have called at hotel (sorry...didn't think it was an "emergency")...hotel wouldn't refund "guaranteed booking"...not to mention hotel clerk gave LAME directions to hotel...SOMEBODY STOP ME!!! [less]

We stayed overnite here for our honeymoon last Fall.The room we had was great,it has jacuzzi.The bathroom is pretty small, I guess. Need larger bathroom. So far,it's good.

We didn't walk around since once we arrived,we stayed in the room only.
