	very clean; comfortable beds
	poor customer service

The room was very clean and comfortable-- once we found it. When we checked in around 6:30pm, the woman at the desk was far from friendly- not once cracking a smile or offering a thank you. She didn't direct us to our room, or inform us of where the pool or breakfast room was.

We don't travel a lot, but when we do, we always stay at a Best Western because of the cleanlin... [more]ess, the service, and the generally good beds. So we were aware of the amenities, but expected the hotel to happily tell us all about what was available there.

At least one associate at this hotel needs some coaching on customer service! [less]
