	The meeting rooms are in a good central location.
	The room was digusting. No one seemed to truly care.

The staff went through the motions, never really wanting to fix my experience. There was dog hair in the bed and bunches on the floor. It took three times for the person to get just the bed fixed. Then I got terible service in the bar. (This is usually better than average there) I had a very bad stay. I did report this all to the manager. He offered no compensation and no appology.

I am so dissapointed I did not get to meet you during your proposed stay. I am the general manager and never spoke with you. We take a great deal of pride at the Ramkota Hotel in our customer service and cleanliness of our hotel rooms. Given the opportunity the guest always wins in our hotel. I would have been very happy to research and rosolve your issue... [more]s and regret I was not given the opportunity.
