We stayed for 2 nights. After the first night, I placed the placard on the door for housekeeping service that afternoon while we were out. Room service never came. Called the front desk and was told maybe they misread the sign. The sign has 2 options, "Housekeeping, please" or "Do Not Disturb" You mean to tell me they couldn't tell the difference? The bed was comfy, had a ... [more]hard time getting the room temperature to a comfortable level. The TV reception was terrible and I was disappointed indoor pool/spa area. The indoor pool is not even in the same building as the hotel. It is in a public gym across the street. I didn't like that at all. It was an average stay, nothing great, nothing horrible. [less]
