We stayed in Deadwood for our anniversary and I had asked for the presdential suite, which was $200 a night. After staying at a comfort inn type of motel in Wall and then a really small room in Rapid city at the Alex Johnsons, our room was 4 times as large and nicely furnished with a jacuzzi. Since it was our anniversay, we had no problem spending the extra money for one night, but after the fan... [more]tastic night's sleep, we opted to stay in the same room for the remainder of our trip. The hotel has the cleanest gaming room in town, free breakfasts (eggs, sausages, frenchtoast, rolls and toast, doghnuts, cereal, starbucks coffee) a pool and hottub. There was a buffet, but no easy quick meals - burgers next door but no take out service. The only thing I would have liked was room service. We had a fantastic time and will stay here again our next visit to Deadwood [less]
