I experienced being bit by something in the bed a year ago. I contacted RedRoof's head
quarters or customer service. They neve go back to me.
The carpet in the room was dirty and the bathroom was dirty. We had not enough towels.
To beat all got under the sheets and big red bumps appeared. Maybe mites??? The rate was to high. $109.00

The stay at Red Roof Inn was very pleasent. The staff was very accomadating when we arrive serveral hours before check-in but got us into a room, which help greatly as we flew in over night from the west coast and were very tired.

The Red Roof is a centerally located hotal on Rt 13S. Although we had difficulty locating it, the staff tried very hard to direct us to their location and any other place we asked about. In the hotel, breakfast was a delight! The room was ample. The bathroon facilies were divided between vanity,sinks and mirror being separated from the bathtub/shower and toilet. We found the beds were comfortable and clean. However, we felt the rug was in need of additional cleaning/or attention. We had our dog with us. The only accomodation missing was a dog run. Two blocks away we located one for her. Overall, we would return to this hotel based on our experience.

Red Roof Inn Dover was very comfortable, I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a long counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes. The location was good. I would definitely stay there again--the price was and location was okay.
