I did not make reservations so my fault, I was stuck with a smoking room which did stink like smoke. Room service did clean the room however outside the slidding door was old food and beverages and a filled ashtray. Even maintainence cleaned aound the outside area and left all the trash sitting there. A room service tray laid in the floor for over 10hrs down the hall from us and ended up getting... [more] kick within 10 feet of the front desk where it still was not picked up. The continental breakfast is a joke even for a continental breakfast. I have found better selection of items at 1 star motels. They do have a nice swimming pool and room service did clean the hallway when they came in the next morning. They do also alow pets. [less]
