Are room had a whole in the wall and was filthy. You pay a about the same price for the room as you would for any other hotel but in order to really use the pool you have to pay an extr $3 or $5 a person to use the water slides that take up the whole pool. So you really can just swim in it. The hot tub was cold. The people who worked there when we stayed were nothing but rude. As I see it the only thing this hotel has got going for it was the location.

I want you to know how MISERABLE my stay with you was.

I had reserved the Lodge Suite for August 19th and 20th, which happened to be my 10th Wedding Anniversary. I did not place my reservation online nor did I place it with an 800 number. I called your Hotel directly.

I had asked for email confirmation of this, and when I got the email it stated for Friday August 19th only. I called back and said that it should have been for both the 19th and 20th. I was assured that this had been changed to accommodate us for both nights.

I then called on August 18th to double check our arrangements and was told then that it was for the 19th only and had been booked by someone else for the 20th. When I had told them about my previous call, they said that there was nothing that they could do about it, but could put us in a regular room.

This is not what I wanted to hear the DAY BEFORE leaving for my ANNIVERSARY get-away.

So what should have been a full weekend in one place, ended up being 2 nights in 2 different Hotels! Not what I call a good time considering we had to be out of one Hotel by a certain time, for the next guest to be able to check in. What would have happened to us had we requested a late check-out and then never checked out? We could not even sleep in.

Upon our arrival to the Hotel, we were told that our room was not yet ready. Ok we thought maybe they needed time to clean it. So we went and had lunch, and came back. We were then told it would be about another ˝ hour. One hour went by and we were still not able to check into our room. When I asked what was taking so long they said that the previous guest had asked for a late check out and had not checked out. THREE HOURS later we were still waiting for our room. So we waited a total of 5 ˝ - 6 hours.

I then tried to call around to other Hotels – Motels and there was no room to be found for both nights as there were many things going on in Billings that weekend.

We were given 4 FREE drink tickets, for being so patient. To our surprise they were only good for BEER and WINE. I had ordered a Malibu and Diet Coke and had to pay the difference for my drink.

When we were done with our drinks I went back up to the front desk and asked what was taking so long for our room. We were then told that we could have the HONEYMOON SUITE for a DISCOUNTED rate. This is NOT the room that WE reserved. We were told that the previous guests were still in that room, and didn’t know when they would be checking out.

We did take the HONEYMOON SUITE just so we could have a place to sleep and since by this time we had dinner reservations and needed to change.

We were NOT impressed with this room. WE did not drive 6 HOURS for a Hotel room that looked like one we could have got in our hometown. This room had a king sized bed, tub and shower, and looked like an everyday normal king room.

The room that we reserved was supposed to be 2 separate rooms, one with a King sized bed, and the other was to be a living area with 2 fireplaces and a Jacuzzi. Now when I think of a Jacuzzi, I think of a hot-tub style Jacuzzi not just a tub with jets.

I will NOT recommend this Hotel to anyone that I know, and I will make sure that others know just how bad the place is.

You even had to pay extra to swim with the water-slides. What a waste.

My family goes to Billings two or three times a year.We always stay at the Billings hotel. My kids love there waterslides.There rooms are always clean. Customer service is nice also.

It was great for the kids because of the swimming pool and slide but the room was dirty, there were no pool towels, the front end staff was horrible and treated us as if we were a bother. Despite the waterslide, it was NOT worth the money.
