This new hotel is in a great old building nicely restored. Interiors were really cool -- traditional but modern feel. Best things was the price -- seemed like a 4 star place at 2 star price -- I paid $169. Good location near faneuil hall, good service.

We stayed at the Bulfinch and liked it -- new boutique hotel near fleet center and quincy market. Decent sized rooms with marble bathrooms and walk in showers. Had a great designer feel about it. Also was very reasonably priced for Boston. Parking right next door in lot ($18/day) Restaurant won't be done until December -- but other places to eat nearby. I would definitely go back. A goo... We found the hotel clean, nicely appointed and very quiet for downtown Boston. The staff was courteuos and very helpful and the in bouse Angus Beef Steakhouse restaurant was great and served excellent steaks. The bed was comfortable and the room rivaled or was better than many comparable, and more expensive hotels where we have stayed. The parking was another plus.
