I stay in hotels on a weekly basis. What a surprise with the Regency. Beautiful landscaping. Beautiful lobby. The housekeepers were excellent. They regularly asked if I needed anything extra. I even had the Operations Manager come to my car and help me with luggage (he saw me struggling). I stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 years ago and found it average. What a surprise it is now. Upon arrival at the hotel there were women running in and out rooms solicating. The hotel room above mine was extremely noisy.

The bed had newspaper all over it and ashes were on the newspaper and in the bathroom.

AS I preparing to take a shower and man comes through the door and he had a key card!!He asked me what are you doing in my room. The desk clerk said they m... [more]ade a mistake, I asked for refund and checked out.. This place is horrible!

I spoke with the hotel manager and of course he hung up on me without any apology. [less]

This hotel is number one! Last April, TSA stayed at this hotel and we enjoyed it.
