Tidewater

Description

The Tidewater condominium is located on the eastern end of Pleasure Island, in Orange Beach. Surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico, Cotton Bayou, Perdido Pass, it offers great views. Enjoy the rolling surf and the white sand dunes. Dining, shopping, attractions, recreation, and nightlife are nearby. The Tidewater has been constructed recently, and has all modern conveniences. The large outdoor swimming pool and deck area provides plenty of room for sunbathing. Indoor there are heated pool, hot tub, and sauna.

Each unit consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, dinig area, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 6 people. All rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and two comfortable chairs, a 36-inch TV, VCR, stereo, portable phone, and sliding doors to the private balcony. In the dining area there is a table with four chairs, three more chairs are at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric can opener, dishes, pots and pans.

Rental units are available by the day, week or month at seasonal rates, with some exceptions and price variations.
Additional fees: parking $15, reservation processing fee $35, cleaning-linen fee $85 to $150.
