Heard MuseumDescriptionThe mission of the Heard Museum is to educate the public about the heritage of Native peoples, with an emphasis on the peoples of the Southwest. The museum offers exhibits, demonstrations and live performances, displaying Native American art and culture. The museum’s collection includes such exhibits as a Navajo hogan, an Apache wickie-up, and rooms filled with art, pottery, jewelry, katsinas, and textiles. The Heard Museum also actively supports and displays pieces by contemporary Indian artists.
Entrance FeeAdults: $10 Seniors (65+): $9 Students: $5 Children (6-12): $3 Children under 6, Heard Museum members and Native Americans are free.
Operating HoursDaily 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
