Built in 1886, the Inn is a Nationally Registered historic, AAA rated bed and breakfast. Even through several transitions from inn to boarding house back to inn, the house has maintained a reputation for hospitality. In 1977 this rambling house on Washington Street became full-fledged Bed and Breakfast. The Inn features 10 guest rooms and two cottages and serves a full country breakfast. The Inn at Mountain View is nicely decorated with beautiful antiques throughout. When you enter the front door, you are swept up by the old time southern country atmosphere.
