Denver Art Museum DescriptionDenver Art Museum was founded in 1893. The seven-story museum is wrapped by a thin 28-sided wall faced with one million sparkling tiles. This unique structure, the project of renowned architect Daniel Libeskind, makes Denver Art Museum one of the most notable Denver's landmarks.
The museum is famous for its collection of Western and regional works, which has been assembled over 40 years. Other collections include Asian, African, Oceanic, modern and contemporary, pre-Columbian, and Spanish Colonial art, graphics, architecture and design.
